Custom Engraved Crystal Gifts
Custom or personalized crystal products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please check your photo, spelling, quantity, and product options carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at 3d@k9engrave.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
Wholesale Crystal Blanks
Wholesale blank crystal orders are final sale unless the items are proven defective and cannot be used for engraving. Photo or video evidence may be required.
3D Laser Engraving Machines
Machine sales are final once shipped, unboxed, installed, or activated. Before ordering, please contact us if you need help confirming machine specifications, shipping details, software compatibility, voltage, or training requirements.
We provide technical support for machine setup and troubleshooting.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions by email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
