At K9Engrave, every custom crystal item is prepared with care before shipment. Please review the processing and delivery information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Custom engraved crystal gifts usually require 3-5 business days for artwork preparation, engraving, quality inspection, and secure packaging. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or for large wholesale orders.

3D laser engraving machines and equipment orders require confirmation before shipment. We may contact you to confirm shipping details, voltage requirements, destination country, and logistics options.

Shipping Destinations

We currently support shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. For other destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Expedited shipping may be available for selected orders and destinations.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout when available. For wholesale, corporate, fragile, oversized, or machine orders, shipping may require a custom quote.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Damaged Packages

Crystal items are fragile and are packed carefully. If your order arrives damaged, please email 3d@k9engrave.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. We will review the case and help with a replacement or other appropriate solution.
